Hello Darius III,
I commend you for your bravery in speaking out against this outrage!
However, my sources reveal a much darker secret held by the CCP offices, they say even brave and self-sacrificing CSM members like Darius III do not even dare to reveal this secret, out of fear for Real Life prosecution.
It has come to the attention of me and my associates that CCP does not only intercept our communication, but also keeps financial information (my sources suggest even full credit card details!!!) of their players!
This is the real outrage, Darius III, and I call upon you as the bravest member of the CSM to fully investigate this issue and act accordingly!!!
We, the players of New Eden are counting on you, Darius! Do not let us down!

If I am perma banned-I would like to tell all the players I had interaction with how much fun I had and that the friendships I made in game will forever brighten my thoughts. Eve is a great game-the best game in the history of mankind with some of the brightest minds of generations playing it.
In mid 2012 I was contacted by a leader of one of the largest alliances in the game and he asked me if it was true that CCP was intercepting player communications.
Indeed that was true-CCP intercepted player communications.
This is the only knowledge that I can share with you without breaking the NDA. I apologize that I cannot give more information, but if I did-I would be breaking the NDA. That is something I will never do. I will likely be banned anyway for breaking the NDA but once they investigate-they will find that I did NOT break the NDA or the EULA.Not that that will prevent my banning-even if I followed the rules 100%
